Mobile Company Profile Fields

Company Profiles on Synthesis Mobile are initially populated with the standard fields listed below.

Standard fields can be disabled and custom fields can be appended to the end of the Company Profile screen. However, the sequence of standard and custom fields in Synthesis Mobile profiles is not configurable.

If you would like to make changes to the defaults below, contact us at support@knowledge-architecture.com. We’ll be happy to make them for you.

One other thing to note — only populated fields will display on an individual Company Profile.

Who's Connected?

The list of Employees who are connected with a Company can change frequently, so this information isn't stored locally on your device. This means that you will only see the Company's associated Employees when your device has an active internet connection.

Who's Connected? displays Employees that are associated with the Company in Deltek Vision. Employees can be explicitly associated through the Employees grid on the Company's Deltek Vision record, or implicitly associated by virtue of having worked on one or more Project or Opportunity with which that the Company is associated.

Explicit associations will appear at the top of the list, followed by implicit associations. The exact sort order logic is as follows:

  1. Employees associated with the Company via the Employees Grid in Vision, with a Relationship assigned. If more than one employee meets this criteria, related employees are sorted alphabetically by last name.
  2. Employees associated with the Company via the Employees Grid in Vision, without a Relationship assigned. If more than one employee meets this criteria, related Employees are sorted alphabetically by last name.
  3. By the total number of Projects and Opportunities that the Employee has in common with the Company in Vision. If there is more than one Employee who shares the same number of shared Projects and Opportunities with a Company, related employees are sorted alphabetically by last name.

The list of Projects, Opportunities, and Contacts with which a Company is associated can change frequently, so this information isn't stored locally on your device. This means that you will only see the Company's associated Projects, Opportunities, and Contacts when your device has an active internet connection.
