Mobile Contact Profile Fields

Contact Profiles on Synthesis Mobile are initially populated with the standard fields listed below.

Standard fields can be disabled and custom fields can be appended to the end of the Contact Profile screen. However, the sequence of standard and custom fields in Synthesis Mobile profiles is not configurable.

If you would like to make changes to the defaults below, contact us at support@knowledge-architecture.com. We’ll be happy to make them for you.

One other thing to note — only populated fields will display on an individual Contact Profile.

Who Knows this Contact?

The list of Employees who know a Contact can change frequently, so this information isn't stored locally on your device. This means that you will only see the Contact's associated Employees field when your device has an active internet connection.

Who Knows This Contact? displays employees that are associated with the Contact in Deltek Vision or Newforma Project Center. Employees can be explicitly associated through the Associations grid on the Contact's Deltek Vision record, or implicitly associated by virtue of having worked on one or more projects with which that the contact is associated.

Explicit associations will appear at the top of the list, followed by implicit associations. The exact sort order logic is as follows:

  1. Employees associated with the Contact via the Associations Grid in Vision, with a Relationship assigned. If more than one employee meets this criteria, related employees are sorted alphabetically by last name.
  2. Employees associated with the Contact via the Associations Grid in Vision, without a Relationship assigned. If more than one employee meets this criteria, related employees are sorted alphabetically by last name.
  3. By the total number of projects that the Employee has in common with the Contact in either Vision or Newforma. If there is more than one Employee who shares the same number of shared projects with a Contact, related employees are sorted alphabetically by last name.

Projects 

The list of Projects with which a Contact is associated can change frequently, so this information isn't stored locally on your device. This means that you will only see the Contact's associated Projects when your device has an active internet connection.
